- The transaction shall take place in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- The acquisition shall be completed within 15 (fifteen) days as from the closing date for the reception of bids. During such period, buyer may check the performance of the acquired player, at trainings and/or games.
- In case the transaction is not completed within the agreed 15-day term, the bid shall not be considered.
- The payment method shall be mutually agreed by the parties; and buyer shall not bear any purchase-and-sale commissions.
- Bids shall be denominated in US dollars.
- The sale shall be subjected to seller’s approval, within a period of 3 (three) days following the closing date of the reception of bids.
- The procedures related to the player’s transfer shall be implemented according to FIFA’s applicable regulations.
